Poetry West Workshop: Evolving Designs in Landscape and Poetry

Poetry West Workshop: Evolving Designs in Landscape and Poetry.

Fawn Bell's presentation draws on her love of landscape design, poetry and history. She will lead us chronologically through evolving designs in landscape and poetry while comparing similar influences and the fundamental principles of all art forms. We will look at a few garden images and listen to poems and songs that illustrate distinct periods in these arts.

Fawn is a professional landscape architect specializing in urban design and landscape design. Her work has won local, state and national awards. She woke up one day in 2005 suddenly interested in poetry and became a member of Poetry West. She now enjoys being retired and having time for friends, travels with family, music, and walks in nature.
