The new service center which opened to the public Monday, May 1, will provide full-service banking convenience to more than 3,000 of Ent’s Douglas County members and features a tech bar for onsite mobile services, a 24-hour walk-up ATM, free coin counter, loan servicing, chance to win free cash by drawing a “mystery” check ranging from $1 - $100, and instant issue debit cards for added member convenience.
In addition, Ent is working to add a drive-up ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) to the Wilcox Service Center. While currently under review, the ITM will provide members with the option to have a live video chat with a teller or to use the machine as a 24/7 ATM. Using the chat feature, members can ask questions, make deposits, cash checks and perform more complicated transactions – all from the convenience of their car. If approved, the ITM at the Wilcox Service Center will be the first and only one currently available in Douglas County.

“We’re very pleased to be expanding into Douglas County to better serve our members in the Castle Rock area,” said Ent’s Executive Vice President of Operations, Matt Gendron. “The center’s location will provide members with
access to the highest quality financial products and services we have to offer while experiencing the same outstanding member service they’ve come to know and expect.”
“This location will allow the credit union to better serve the more than 1,000 members who live less than five miles away,” said Castle Rock Area Manager, Gennifer Garner. “As a resident of Castle Rock, I look forward to welcoming my friends and neighbors.”
Ent is a not-for-profit, community-chartered credit union with membership open to businesses and individuals who live, work, worship or attend school in Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas, El Paso, Fremont, Jefferson, Pueblo and Teller counties, as well as select communities in Weld and Adams counties.
