I like airports. Something about watching people in an airport and wondering where they are going, or where they’ve been, stirs up a certain amount of creativity in me. If I ever experience writers block, I know just where to go to break it.

Yes, I started my blog waiting for my husband at the airport, but it has nothing to do with my blog title. LOL

When I was young, I loved nothing more than sitting in my room listening to music and writing. Back then, I…

Assurance of Eternal Protection

A little more than three weeks ago my younger brother Cody, left for Fort Jackson, South Carolina.   He’s nineteen years old and still a baby in my eyes.

Sciatica is an ailment I frequently treat in my massage therapy business.  What is sciatica?  It is an inflammation of the sciatic nerve.  This important nerve controls everything from the hips down.  When it is inflamed, it can cause pain and tingling in the hip, down the thigh, or even into the leg and toes if it’s bad enough.

Sciatica can be caused by nerve impingement in the low back, and by muscle impingement in the hip.  An inflamed nerve can irritate the surrounding…
