Theresa's Transformation

I started my journey in the begining of July. I have had many ups and many downs, I do have teenagers, so you can only imagine. :-0 Today I realized am getting really close to the 13 weeks. 3 to go to be exact. I am not as far as I would like to be. I have decided it is okay. I love the progress I have made. I am in a better place than I was when I started. I have, as of last Tuesday, lost 21.5 inches and 11 pounds! That is pretty darn good. As I am working with Joe, I have found he is…

Fitness Instructor's recipe: sweets and sweat

Many of you know the story of my journey to lose weight. So you know I've lost over 140lbs, and kept it off for the past three years.

What you may not know is just how hard it was. Getting up early to go to the gym wasn't so bad. Sticking to a regular exercise program, week in and week out, was tough but do-able. But the really hard thing for me to get control of, was food! I LOVE FOOD! Always have.

My parents owned a small restaurant back in California and I've been… Continue

Colorado Website Marketing

If you want your website to be found online then it is imperative

that you begin a properly executed and consistently maintained system.

slightest clue about what to do, where to start, or even who to call for

help. Often times they will take the advice of friends, relatives, or

business acquaintances and more often than not the advice is not

correct. Doing the wrong things to your website can… Continue
