The Pikes Peak Range Riders and its Foundation are supporters of the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Pikes Peak Region. On May 11 Corliss Palmer, President of the Pikes Peak Range Riders Foundation, Russ Freeman, President of the Pikes Peak Range Riders and Kevin Kaveney, Co-Chair of the Street Breakfast Committee delivered 166 Street Breakfast tokens the Boys and Firls Clubs of the Pikes Peak Region. Youth Celebrate Western Heritage

The Western Spirit Committee began in 2009 with a mission to provide awareness and promotion of western heritage and culture in the Pikes Peak Region through an effort of collaboration and support.

The committee developed a coloring contest with a goal of involving our youth in embracing the western heritage of the Colorado Springs area in a creative way.

The 2017 contest is open to children ages 11 and younger; categories are 5 and younger, 6-8 years, and 9-11…

The Western Spirit Mixer was held on May 12, 2016 at the ProRodeo Hall of Fame to kick-off a summer of “all things western.” Welcoming the attendees were Kent Sturman, Director, ProRodeo Hall of Fame and Mark Cohrs, President, Pikes Peak Range Riders.
