Youth Community Service LEO Club is Chartering

Tri-Lakes Lions Club is please to let everyone know our youth Leo Club is growing to 11 new members and preparing for a formal chartering event from Lions Clubs International.  Lions Leo Clubs were formed to engage our kids in the spirit of community service and to expand their leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. Wild Blue Animal Rescue & Sanctuary

Sunday Feb 26th, Troop 42694 gathered to present "cat goodies" to Wild Blue Animal Rescue And Sanctuary, a No Kill cat rescue in Black Forest Colorado. Since its launch in 2010, Wild Blue has saved the lives of over 2500 animals, with rescue efforts and adoptions spreading to Nebraska and North Carolina. Tri-Lakes Lions Club Chares Great Vision News

Tri-Lakes Lions Club of Monument CO has great news to start 2017 for Colorado. From July 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 Colorado Lions Clubs have screened 40,385 children catching over  4,450 kids with vision challenges and providing  referrals and funding to help correct these early life vision difficulties when they are most treatable/correctable. Tri-Lakes Lions Club Welcomes Big-R to Monument

Tri-Lakes Lions Club welcomed our new Big R store to the community with a cake and warm handshakes to our newest retailer.  Lion Ron Farley and Lion Deana DeMeter arrived to a delighted Big R staff and shared a short informal ceremony expressing our community appreciation to Big R for coming "Up North" in El Paso County and the Tri-Lakes area.
