Join us for an evening of East Texas Blues with local favorites, Jake Loggins and Lobo Loggins with special guest, Scott McGill!
Jake Loggins is well known in the community for the musical chops he developed at a young age. He was 16 when he and his dad, Lobo Loggins, a professional guitarist known throughout Colorado and Southeast Texas for his mastery of Texas-style blues, moved to town in 2001. Over the next fifteen years, Jake gained popularity and became one of the biggest blues singers and guitarists in Colorado Springs. He has played thousands of shows in Colorado and has kept a close relationship with Stargazers Theatre. Jake moved to Utah in 2015 and will be returning to Stargazers for one night to perform with his father, Lobo, and Scott McGill.
For more than 50 years, Scott McGill has been playing at venues across Southeast Texas and has been a staple of the local music scene. Many consider McGill a rock man, while others reference his blues-influenced style of play. McGill considers himself a musician, plain and simple.
